No defined KRA's that lead to blurred lines impacting appraisals. The blurred lines favors the system to pick the scape goat of their choice. The product is tricky, and the training is extremely insufficient (Invest in a training team, so your own workforce is hands on with the product) No Female leadership, so no empathy/ sympathy towards the new mothers. Constant demotion of working mothers once they return from maternity citing demotion will give them manageable work, which is not true at all. Lastly, they sell the role filled with work life balance and flexible work timings. Yes, the timings are flexible, but for them. You need to be available on phone from 7 Am to 11 PM, even later sometimes.
