There’s a strong learning environment, especially for people early in their careers, and you gain hands-on exposure to the logistics industry very quickly. Because of that, expectations can be high, hours can be demanding, and it can take time to realize whether compensation truly matches the effort being put in. While sales offers high earning potential and uncapped commission in theory, the current logistics market makes that more challenging right now. Overall, it’s still a solid company where you can learn a lot, build resilience, and develop strong industry knowledge. For many, it serves as a valuable stepping stone and foundation for future opportunities.
