- prepare for a long and contemplating journey, because HQ is far away from Pipera Metro Station, around 10min walk (near A3 highway) and once you get there, you have nothing around you - not even a shop - only warehouses and a lot of wind;
- don't expect any department meetings at all - only 90% of the other companies in the world waste time doing that;
- informing about events - another thing that doesn't exist here - only rumors and whispers from others, if you're lucky;
- manager of the online department (the boss) - replies late to messages and his presence at the office is random; he also doesn't care when people quit and leave
- department of HR is very hard to work with;
- work from home can't be done, BUT it is possible - just need a secured VPN, a dedicated app for employees to have access to the server via a remote place and a stable internet connection - that's it in basic steps - but this process was explained to me that "it's hard to implement" - going back to the rest of the world now - other companies already do this - it has become a necessity, at least 1 or 2 days per month;
- communication between departments is null - the company has a lot of standalone firms which work on their own data bases - but the company, overall doesn't have access to those data bases and neither vice-versa;
- teambuildings weren't present or even mentioned for the time I was working there (in previous years they existed i.e.<2019);
- there's not a check-in/check-out system, not even a signing form that you came to work; there's only the task tracker application "Asana";
- the old office had moved for the time I was working there and we, as the employees, had to move our computers by hand - some 200m of ground to cover + steps to climb; of course we had dedicated vans and people who could have handled all the moving, cause it's a furniture company and has it's own logistics...but why go for that when you can stress the online dep. employees more?
