1. Very less developers in all teams, work load is always too high 2. No sprint planning , every task is of highest priority 3. You will deliver a feature by working day and night and after some days it will be reverted back due to not being RBI compliant, poor/no planning from product team 4. No documentation, nobody knows the product that they are building or what is already built. 5. Even before task planning hard deadline is given to developers. 6. Some managers commit very thin deadlines to management and then overwork the team to achieve that. Staying in office till midnight is very common. 7. Very strict work from office policy 5 days a week.
