Disclaimer: Having been part of the organization, I can confidently say that many of the positive ratings have been influenced by the HR department. New employees, during their orientation, are encouraged to leave favourable reviews. -In the market, MobiKwik's has no value to the point that after joining OMK my career took a hit to the point that I had to hide my OMK work ex ( I worked there for 3 years) -The office environment is riddled with internal politics, and the work structure is so disorganized that it becomes a point of frustration. -Over my 15+ year career, this has been one of the most unprofessional work environments I’ve experienced. -A significant number of top management, including three CFOs, have resigned during my tenure, which raises serious concerns about the company’s operations. A simple analysis of the situation points to potential malpractice. -Despite it being 2024, the company still does not support work-from-home policies. Instead, employees must apply for leave. While the founder may be intelligent, he is extremely difficult to work with. -The Founders are not well-behaved. -The leadership is bloated with too many top managers, most of whom are ineffective. There's a shortage of operational staff, creating a disconnect between leadership and execution. -From a business perspective, the company is product-driven, always either launching or conceptualizing new products, but none of these offerings are stable. The processes are overly manual, and even basic tasks lack proper structure. Despite having an entire tech team, there’s minimal focus on automating core business functions. -Many female managers have been hired for tokenism instead of merit, who have set such a bad example for women in leadership, that I doubt I will ever be able to work with women leaders after this.
