There is no career growth possibilities. U can have 15 years of technical background and still you are engineer not a senior. Head of Departments are trying to keep integrity of the teams. The work load is not evenly distributed with the teams. U can come in 8am till 8pm just to keep up, while your collegues have 9 til 5 attitude.
