Every manager hired and the previous ones have been compromised by having no one's back but their own to please this new regime who is running it into the ground by hiring under qualified outsiders who are never there and the job just gets worse with their incompetence

Low profits, long sales cycle, out dated technology, and personality disorders abound.

Too many managers, and varying opinions. No company protocol or direction from leadership. Unorganized, complacent, and under educated. You're better off selling your soul. A fellow employee showed me a video of a racially charged them, it was appalling.
