When times are tough, he will fly down from San Diego to try and use his intimidating presence to "motivate" workers in sales positions to "sell more" by either trying to fire people or hurling insults, mental abuse, and absolute horrific statements to instill fear. I don't know what they teach at the management school of UMich, but clearly he didn't care. Ever tried taking a look at your sales strategies or anything else?
