MTS workforce has an Outstanding Work-Relationship among staff with effective communication skills and a wonderful customer service as they deliver their responsibilities with utmost professionalism and friendly courteousness. I appreciate the management staff for their professional development, encouragement and support. Thank you to the whole staff I worked with and the ones I never worked with. On a friendly note, I would say that more provision of little quick edibles for customers should be provided while they wait patiently for their test for better relaxation. Well done on your fabulous hospitality and customer service!
