Great place to work. Good work-life balance. Competitive commission. Customers can be a little hectic when they don’t get their way, but overall good company.

Lots of traffic but pay is decent.

-Most leadership doesn't stick around for more than 6 months. -More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors -Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning. -Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers -Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field -Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most. -Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times. -Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth
