Lack of inside sales or current account support to the Regional Sales Managers. RSMs manage lead generation, follow up, fulfillment, installation issues, re-sellers, distributors, account management, billing issues, market strategy, man booths at trade shows, etc. There are not enough people to effectively manage the US Market and this is detrimental to the results. Purchases over very low amounts have to be approved by Israel leaders making response slow. Decisions are made very slowly. Legal paperwork is a clog in the machine. Technical/Network support is located in Israel.
