QA leaders are a politician and not behaving properly. Anytime will fire you. QA leaders have not technical knowledge and they are doing showcase as they know it. Pure manual testers they are. Old people, politics is too much. New people will not set. Giving hike good but due to that, they will fire you as well with a cause like a performance issue. In short for QAs, it is not a good company. Any technical person doesn't have to go there.
