Terrible ‍Company - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Mobisoft Labs

I am working as an senior Android developer for more than 4 years. The place is full of positive environment. Everybody is so helpful, whether they are colleagues or management. You can learn a lot from each other and can do R&D on different aspects without any restriction, although some but you will get plenty of time for it. The work are a little bit different from legacy development, but one can learn a lot in the field of mobile development. The products are utility based. Mangement are so supportive, they listen and understand the concern of each employees very carefully.

I am not seeing any as of now. Sometimes work time get long. But this happens once in a blue moon.

- We learn a different thing which we doing in client-based company. - Work on the quality of code. - The CEOs of the company themselves review the code. - The CEO of the company is very supportive, any problem, whether you are in coding or something different, always gives your best solution and solves together. - Increment and salary always on time. - Per month party celebration from office side.

- The company's employee has created a very messy environment
