      The company is growing fast! Every month for the past year we seem to be winning a new client or on-boarding a new employee or opening a new office!. It is a fun environment and full of challenges. I feel energized working for Mobiuso. I have been given a variety of opportunities to contribute including on big-data projects, mobile and responsive web development projects. The company also organized an intensive training session in Ruby-on-Rails which was open to anyone who was interested. I also like that I can propose and work on my own projects.

      Coordinating with developers and QA across multiple offices can be a challenge in a fast paced work environment. Resource planning and Technical Project Management needs to get better.

      A quick update to your advice. We now have 2 more cool offices - One in Vashi and the latest in Ahmedabad. Both are great locations and offer convenient commute for those who live in the respective neighborhoods.
