Great colleagues except two dept mentioned below.

Working Mode: 5 days in office, 2 days WFH/month Locations: Coimbatore, India & Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Top Management: Leadership is highly authoritarian, often disregards employee welfare, and shows bias. Mistreatment and non-compliance with local laws and regulations are common. Decisions are dictated without accountability, and employees who dissent may face undue pressure. Recognition is biased, favoring a select few, and resigning employees may encounter resistance to full compensation. HR: Leadership is inexperienced, unapproachable, and enforces policies without consultation. Team morale suffers due to favoritism and inconsistent decision-making. Risk, Legal & Compliance: Handled by inexperienced staff who micromanage yet avoid responsibility. Work is often passed to others, and accountability is minimal. Overall: High turnover, strong office politics, low career growth, limited recognition, low productivity, poor internal policies, low salary increments, and lack of transparency. Avoid this company if seeking a fair and supportive work environment.
