Mobolutions is a great company to work for. The company offers very good benefits and job growth can be obtained.

Nothing to report as an issue with the company

The SAP work is interesting.

Employees are required to be in the Plano office 5 days a week (although some seem to be exempt from this policy for no apparent reason). The office is overcrowded, with 3, 4 and sometimes 5 people in a single room. When more than 1 is on a conference call, it's chaos and hard to hear. Employees attendance is tracked down to the minute with a online tracker and you get dinged if your attendance shows even a minute less than 9 hours. They also use Time Doctor to track key strokes and take screen shots of what Employees are doing every few minutes for HR to review. It's a modern day sweatshop with a strange obsession with micromanagement. Also, benefits are bad, Employees only get 5 days of PTO (and no 401k) I'm their first year of service.
