the worst job experience ever at the Mochinut that uses to be at the Source in Buena Park. I was freshly out of high school when I worked here and the owner replied to my email asking me to come in with no schedule or anything to train. His wife took care of scheduling and training but was the most unprofessional boss I have ever worked for. When I turned in my 2 weeks she sent me a message saying that she only hired me because I said I could work beyond the summer time, which was true before I knew what type of environment she was fostering. Yelled at me in front of coworkers and customers and called me out in group chats because I didn’t know how to do something she never trained me to do. Additionally I would request time off and she would never remember them and then would blame me for not telling her in advance in which I would have to resend screenshots of proof. I was here for less than 5 weeks and had to quit because I felt targeted for whatever I did.
