I've been employed with Redmond and Greer for over two years and it has been the most enjoyable company I've been apart of. Communication - As a young company it has struggled at times with communication but there have been efforts to fix "start-up" communication issues. Recently they have started Feedback Sessions to help make sure every voice is properly heard in the company. Changes - With it being a young company there are changes that occur. Its a learning organization so its always evaluating ways to improve which might frustrate some in the short term but the intent is always in the right place for the company to sustain its growth.
