Worth to say that the compensation over here is at par with typical Tier - 1 companies .

It looks funny to say that but if you create your new resume/CV after working here for sometime then you need to fill so much in your technical skillset as you might have learned a lot by then and your new employer/interviewer may not believe in you at start.
