-No formal starter induction with regards to company structure indicating who to contact for various questions -Numerous administrative people in management with no idea of what their roles responsibilities are? -Top heavy administrative management setup with no clinical experience -Reactive Management style -Micro Management -High burn out issues not taken into account given workload placed on staff for the hour contracted -No structure or direction -Management doesn’t listen to clinical input form experienced staff members -Administrative management with no clinical experience taking decisions on areas which should be addressed by clinical experienced staff to ensure effective outcomes -Lack of positive feedback in supporting staff resulting in negative wellbeing of staff -Blame culture -Bad communication between management and various departments -Management will say one thing and then take an about turn in the opposite direction only days later
