Loved my coworkers, food was nice, environment was fun and dynamic

Most of the skilled chefs were constantly leaving, Chef Jean-Luc Michelle was allegedly creepy to some of my female coworkers, and was a generally incompetent character (quitting in the middle of service, introduced a new menu on a friday)

Good environment between workers, people are there to help, good place to learn, fair staff meal, discount in all restaurants and hotels of the group.

Svantaggi

Management was not that good. They loose many good people because they didn't value who was there giving their best.
