As the Senior Customer Success Manager, I've been given a rare level of trust and autonomy that you just don't find at most companies. It makes the work meaningful, and you can see the positive impact you're having on the lives of our users every single day. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: The compensation package is very competitive and the benefits are comprehensive, which shows that the company truly values its employees. We work remote, we are trusted to be professionals, and they encourage us to travel while working. I've seen more of the world ever since I joined than I ever did before.

The only "con" I can think of is that the pace is fast and the bar is set very high—but that's also what makes it so exciting. This is a company for people who want to be challenged, who want to move quickly, and who are eager to take on ownership. If you are looking for a slow-paced, "punch-the-clock" kind of job, this might not be the right fit for you.
