7yI joined as our new CEO in May 2018 and spent my first 3+ months learning about Model N’s business and our strengths and opportunities thru listening to our employees, customers and investors. After this period of thoughtful analysis, I also concluded, as you did, that our company would benefit from more focus on our core verticals and products. In September 2018 I outlined these changes internally and then shared the changes on our recent earnings call. I have received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the decisive direction. In addition, I’ve rolled out objectives to the company that operationalize this strategy. We still have a lot of work to do but your assertion that we don’t have a focused strategy is simply not true. I’m sorry you weren’t here to learn about the changes and participate in the healthy internal dialog about how we build a better, more focused Model N. Finally, your views on our company culture, leadership and career advancement opportunities are disappointing and, frankly, counter to how I think and our core values.
