Mangers are routinely called out on confernce calls for not selling enough socks or FW accessories even if they beat their goals, The senior leadership is driving the good managers out of the company with the was they handle themselves. Upper mgmt. constantly screaming for every dollar in sales with poor customer traffic and they seem more concerned with tablet sales instead of declining traffic, poor selection and the poor sales trends of the last few year and they have no answers. There is zero future growth for any manager positions, Stores have become Apparel stores and not Sporting Goods stores. Do more with less philosophy Stores are micromananged
