Micromanager 2nd gen boss while lacking understanding in marketing. Sets ridiculous expectations. Context: Imagine consistently hitting 10, 15x ROAS, far exceeding any past targets and then getting nitpicked when you miss these all time high results. Or being a 1 man team, managing 10 brands, with literally less than 1-2k ANNUAL BUDGET for some of these unknown brands and still expect consistent paid ads, content, full suite marketing, profitable returns from week 1. literally 0 culture too. everyone just sits there, work and not talk, literally dead eyed. All of this only to be way underpaid market rate with bare minimal benefits. really dont waste your time.

Perfect for fresh graduates entering content marketing. Staff and management were very friendly and open.

Since this is a smaller company, resources are quite limted.
