Sales leadership forever changes their mind. Your commission structure will change every two weeks. They make big claims, but can't follow through on them. You won’t learn how to manage/drive a sales process here, rather you will pick up bad habits from “leadership”, who are not up to date with today's sales methodologies.

Sales leadership has brought a new energy to the company. The technology is really strong, and revolutionizing the way companies think about their source code. No real competition (yet) with great foundational customers in major banks/insurance/fin-tech and committed team. We also just opened up a new office/HQ in the heart of Brickell.

Svantaggi

Building a new market/space can be a challenge, it's hard to re-shape the way enterprises think about their source code. Though prospects are excited about the problems we solve, sales cycles can be slow due to fear of changing the status quo. Also a-lot of catching up to do on hiring.
