My overall experience with the company was mixed, but the most difficult part for me was the exit process and how unsupported I felt during major personal challenges. During my tenure, I was often assigned to multiple client projects at the same time, with responsibilities increasing rapidly. Managing this load became especially hard when I was going through significant medical issues. I worked immediately after a miscarriage, and later during several rounds of fertility treatment and IVF cycles. These were some of the toughest phases of my life, and although I continued working through pain, hormonal treatments, and emotional stress, I did not feel that there was enough room or understanding for my situation. The exit process was one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had. I resigned in September 2025, but in my case, the acknowledgement and acceptance of the resignation took much longer than I expected. Communication felt prolonged and unclear, and I was asked for documents like my new offer letter, which I wasn’t comfortable sharing for confidentiality reasons. This lack of clarity made the situation very confusing and emotionally draining for me. I joined a new organization shortly after resigning, but due to the delayed exit process, things became complicated. I later learned that my new employer had been told that I hadn’t completed my notice period. Because of this, I lost the project I was supposed to join, and two months of salary were withheld by the client. This was extremely painful—professionally and financially—especially because I was trying to manage expensive medical treatments at the same time. It has now been months since I resigned, but I still haven’t received my relieving letter, experience letter, or PF closure despite returning all company equipment. Receiving a legal notice for a large amount was heartbreaking for me after nearly five years of continuous work, especially when I was already stretched emotionally, medically, and financially. I understand every organization has policies, but as an employee going through such circumstances, I truly wish there had been more empathy, quicker communication, and clearer guidance during the exit. I gave everything I could to my role—even during moments when I should have been resting or healing—but the exit experience left me feeling alone at a very difficult time.
