Very understanding of personal problems, supportive like a family. A start up company trying to find its special trademark and niche. Working with new technologies. A plethora of projects and experiences in a short time. Good, innovative technological solution

- Could do better on transparency side regarding internal planning and money issues. - Although the team is around 50 people, management , which is about 25% of the employees, is clearly treated preferentially regarding all aspects - Very little success. After 5 years, the company has big issues with creating a solid brand. - Constantly changing approach brings a lot of hardship on internal planning.
