Pre-pandemic things at Modis were great. It was really what you made it. The teams were very tight and almost acted as "mini companies" within modis/the region.

Leadership was more invested in getting hot new certifications for employees rather than helping their career. Changed direction 4 times over 5 years. They hire fresh kids out of college at 50k while people who have been there longer sometimes still only make 40k - they deny all raise requests and don't even give you a COL raise. They say "our bonus structure is strong enough" but don't realize that when all your billing gets laid off during the pandemic 40k doesn't pay the mortgage...
