- CEO leads all vision. there is no room for discourse or discussion around business practices or direction. - CEO takes no feedback. - No direction for organization. Treading water is more comfortable than fixing issues or making changes to create a more user friendly product. - Focused on cultivating a software solution but no focus on product infrastructure. - Team has been lean since inception, continues to get leaner. Work flow doesn't decrease with team size. - Startup culture with no startup perks. - Product is a passion project, not a viable enterprise solution. This product would survive with 3 engineers. Why have an entire sinking ship of people?
