My experience with Mogo so far has been pretty fantastic (especially compared to my previous places of employment). Mogo is filled with hard working, kind people who genuinely care about the company. It's definitely a fast-paced environment where new and exciting ideas are just a part of life (there's never a dull moment!). I really appreciate how many women there are in management positions. I find it to be an incredibly supportive, progressive and diverse environment. This is a company with an exciting future ahead of it.

Having come from a very traditional "suit and tie" corporate cultures in the past, it's been really refreshing working somewhere so modern, fast-paced and non-traditional. That means that I truly don't have any "cons" to list based on my own experience.
If you can't handle things changing quickly, then this might not be the right place for you. You definitely need to be agile and able to change directions quickly and if you don't have the personality to roll with it's probably not the right fit.
