A few members in the top management aren't capable and have a scattered system throughout the organization. There's no basis for performance evaluation which leads to biased decisions. They use you as long as they need but hardly care about your development. You're appreciated as long as you keep your mouth shut and not give critical feedback- very defensive management. There's absolutely no strategy set for selling their products and services but run as some of their software leads want to-and that's funny. So many ex-employees have also shared similar frustrations which demotivated them and made them leave. They link everything to monetary benefits and hardly pay attention to said values.
