Project work not adequately motivated, with little support and frequent deviations from protocol. Very small office with few people doing multiple tasks. Looking to stretch top performers, pile on multiple roles under one job description. Company grossly underpays-not in touch with the for-hire market. No raises but CEO flies a plane, etc.
