The two co-founders are great people and have good intentions. The pay is good.

To begin, it's important to acknowledge that most of the positive 5-star comments here were solicited by the HR, making them misleading. 
The Company was founded by two young men who possess potential but lack experience. 
The current leadership structure is inadequate, leading to a lack of established processes. While this could be manageable if there was a willingness to create and involve employees in the process, unfortunately, that's not the case. As a result, micromanagement becomes the default approach to managing the team and they take it to the extreme where you end up depending 90% on the co-founders to do your job because they are the only ones who have access to basic tools. Instead of building a consistent training and follow through a leadership path, they opt to breathe on someone’s neck.
While the company dedicates its efforts to enhancing the software, it falls short in terms of organizational improvements. Customer demands are promptly met, but unfortunately, the same attention is not given to recognizing and appreciating their employees. Instead of fostering a supportive culture, there is a tendency to blame employees for issues that arise.
 Additionally, the team's culture is competitive and uncooperative, rather than supportive. The absence of training leaves employees to navigate their roles on their own, and when seeking guidance, the response is often unhelpful. There is room for improvement to foster a more positive and productive work environment.

As an early stage startup, many of our processes are in “build” phase, along with mechanisms for recognition and frameworks for management.
