Not only is there no formal differentiation between visual designers and experience designers, but designers also act as consultants and everyone is client facing right out of the gates. Honestly, nothing. The benefits package is very good -- all the major pieces are there. I believe what they offer us a very standard PTO package (10 days a year plus national holidays)... Only wish would be to have more PTO each year to get out of the city.
