After 3 years I have seen my team diminished to just a handful and all the extra work piled on by management without any pay or title increase in years. You are always asked to do more, help more, participate more, but this is a one way street and you will get egg on your face if you think otherwise. When this was Abila we had great community with great pay and benefits. The benefits went away real quick when Community Brands took over and every quarter they get a bit less. The management team and higher ups got large raises on the backs of their employees who got peanuts if anything at all and lost a good chunk of the benefits promised.
