4yWe really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback after leaving Community Brands. We are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us but that you did enjoy your fellow employees. We know the right training can make for the right experience. As such, we are investing the time necessary in our onboarding experience to help improve the way we bring individuals, like yourself, into the company. In a time when we are all learning to operate differently (remotely vs in person) we know there are areas we can improve upon. We are also investing in our training portfolio through the help of some third-party vendors to offer our employees more opportunities to learn. We currently have 400 employees taking part in this training but are committed to increasing that number. Although you are no longer with Community Brands, we welcome any more feedback you have for us - it is through voices like yours that we are able to identify these areas of improvement and continue to evolve.
