People. Junior to lead level teams are down to earth, helping, hardworking and co-operative. Some project gives learning opportunity.

Less compensation. No Work life balance .Late calls in evening. The biggest con is senior management team of India. They do lot of favorism and nobody says anything in fear. People who party with senior manager get good hike promotions and people who actually work get excuses about budget constraints. if you love parties and less intrested in work this place is for you. The only thing you need to do is partying and buttering thats all. The senior manager come to office and get involved in office talk and bird watching. Female employees seems have less opportunity here as it is male dominated workplace. Hardly see females are praised and appreciated. In teams its been discussed that females are sidelined and need to struggle for growth. The director here only talks in all hands meeting and talk about everything people are least interested and when ask somethin gsays i dont have an answer for that. And last HR, Do they even exist? The only time i hve interacted with them is when i joined. The worst part here about HR is they share feedback with Managers directly including the name who share it and rest is we all know leaving is the only option that person finds. dont join if you need opportunities and growth in life.

- The product was pretty good a well-liked by customers - Solid work/life balance - Every holiday under the sun was PTO

- Leadership did nothing when issues were brought to their attention and empty promises became the norm. - Unfair lead distribution and favoritism across the board, - Base pay is absurdly low for a closing role and is far less than most SDR roles start at. Makes me wonder how little Momentive is paying their actual BDR/SDRs. - Not possible self-source the pipeline coverage needed to make quota given the low deal size and transactional nature of the sale. - So many executive leadership changes it became hard to keep up. The latest iteration is completely out of touch and more serve as mouth-pieces for TA.
