To keep it as simple as possible for people who may read this: This company is forcing you to build a house on quick sand (that alone tells you hpw disorganized this company is) and every day they change all the rules so youre constantly confused. This day you cant use a saw, this day you cant use wood, this day you cant use drywall, making your job harder each and everytime they change rules on you. Oh, Did i mention that if you screw up (which is VERY EASY seeing how flaky your bosses are) thats your fault too. Despite them being the only ones who give you instruction, its ALWAYS your fault. Almost forgot, that quicksand i mentioned is symbolic of the bosses here, AKA THEY ARE THE PROBLEM. THEY are the #1 cause of stress here, broken communication, favoritism, lack of taking responsibility, lack of taking initiative (this is a good one, managers know theres a huge problem in the system, but they wont do anything. Instead they look at you expecting you to fix the issue), and countless other issues caused by management. Just remember, working for this company is not good for anybody. Theyre trying to make you build this house on quicksand but you already know it isnt going to work.
