They want you to report issues, and even with photo evidence of accounts being half-done, or sales reps lying to make themselves look good, nobody takes it serious. If reps are winning trips that DM's automatically attend, and their sales numbers are high, they won't address your issue with the rep, its ignored. You shouldn't let reps treat merchandisers like their nothing, and allow them to pawn off responsibility on the merchandiser.
