- very sales driven if you are in warehouse or transportation they don’t care. They say they do but it is very fake. - micromanaging - favoritism - fake upper management - no clear way to advance for a career - they push more and more on to the drivers - lack leadership with a back bone that will stick up for their department. - moving more towards making sure the drivers work towards 70 hours a week. - PTO is hard to get only allowing 6 people off at a time. - cutting routes adding those stops to other drivers or driver. - routes are not evenly distributed - case pay - sales department gets pushed to always push more and more products into accounts even if they don’t need it. - could go on and on. Reyes beverage is big business and cares only about making more and more money and not making anything easier on their employees.
