Great refreshing start-up to work at - Recensione dipendente - Digital Marketing Executive presso Monefize

The hiring process was a three-stage interview but unlike other companies I have interviewed with, the first and final stages were coordinating efficiently within one week. This meant I did not have to wait weeks for an answer, which was a relief! All stages were done via Zoom (COVID times) but I felt welcomed and at ease throughout. All team members were great at communicating what to prepare and expect at each stage of the process. And everyone was super friendly! Since I've started here I have noticed a very relaxed and inclusive working environment. It's a great company to work for if you are a self-sufficient individual who is looking for professional autonomy.

It would've been nice to meet the team in real life but COVID is to blame for that! Hopefully we'll be in the office soon!
