There's also been a focus on rebuilding culture which had been damaged over the last several years. The company is headed in the right direction and the future is exciting based on the investment on our product suite.

The company has had to pay for the sins of the former leadership team and multiple acquisitions. This has led to some painful change internally which has taken its toll in some departments.

Technical improvements are night-and-day. The platform is faster, more stable, and the engineering team has modernized our stack in ways that make daily work noticeably smoother. Deployments are quicker, monitoring is proactive, and the reliability we’re delivering to customers is at an all-time high. Product innovation is where Monetate is pulling ahead. The latest AI-driven personalization, testing, and recommendation capabilities are best-in-class. We’re not just keeping up with the market ,we’re defining the next wave of e-commerce optimization, and clients are raving about the lift they’re seeing in conversion and revenue. Customer outcomes have improved dramatically. Implementation timelines are shorter, onboarding is more structured, and the entire Customer Success organization is now aligned around outcomes. Retention and expansion numbers reflect it, customers feel like partners, not just users. Employee satisfaction has risen right alongside the business results.
