-Expected to work long hours without proper overtime remuneration and lack of recognition for work. -there is no work life balance as the work culture revolves around always working half an hour to an hour more every day. - very high and unreasonable expectations especially when understaffed so there is a set expectation to ALWAYS stay back. - bonuses paid are miniscule
