Employees are nice, I felt very welcome at first but then it turned out they're there to follow the CEO's vision of the world; if they disagree with you, they will report you to the management for not being a cultural fit.

Management is extremely lazy, they admitted during my employment they're there just for the extra $ so don't bother taking to them, no action will ever be taken. I asked my manager to help me get more responsibilities and guide me to be a manager one day too, then he started cancelling our 1:1 constantly and that was it. Then he blamed ME for being discouraged! Don't count on the management or HR. HR doesn't respect privacy, I learned facts about other employees that should stay private from the HR and I didn't ever ask about them! Other than that, stabbing in the back is a norm despite of having "no politics" as one of the core values--as soon as you point out what they do wrong and try to improve it, other employees will try to get rid of you because you "keep adding them work" (<- I got this exact message on slack from another senior engineer and NO ACTION was ever taken from management side! Feel free to threat and harass as much as you want...)
