Lots of trust placed in employees which means great role autonomy and flexibility in the way you can work. DTO (discretionary time off) means there is no strict limit on leave entitlement and you can take a break from work as and when it is needed Really supportive working environment - everyone is willing to support and help each other The senior leaders really take onboard any feedback and do their best to meet the needs of their employees A lot of emphasis put on training employees to be good managers and leaders

Sometimes communication between different departments is not as clear as it needs to be Being a start-up the priorities can change quickly Currently no health insurance provided in the benefits package
