1. Although this is a Singapore company, there is no Singaporean at the Exco or at the Head of Department level except for the Founder/CEO himself. Where is the diversity and inclusion? 2. There is a lack of focus on employees, HR is a part-time function filled by part time employees, does this not say something? Exco doesn't seem to have any focus on employee welfare nor engagement. 3. The employee experience is cold, devoid of any human element. 4. Salary and Benefits are really basic, bare minimum. 5. High staff attrition, there must be a reason for this, why can't the Exco see it?
