Poor management They make you stay up all night for on-call so you never sleep because no one is covering the other timezone Open plan desk so everyone is able to look at what you're doing including the managers sitting next to you Desk walk-ups are consistent KPI must be reached for you to pass doing 20 tickets a day even if you do you won't pass your probation Probation is fixed to what the manager wants to think of you not the sheet they give you. Not a good place for Muslims if you pray 5 times a day because they don't allow it. Manager advise you to do something outside your scope of work and pay grade IT staff is arrogant and know very little of IT themselves Everyone is hybrid 2-3 days in office except the IT Service Desk Team Strong discrimination Low pay for the work they want don't be fooled!
