It’s taken a while but things are now moving at a rapid pace. We have a senior manager who gets it. He gets the sales process and how it all comes together. He has changed things very quickly and we are finally pointed in the right direction for progress. The main elements were already there - they just needed putting together in the right way. There is a real buzz in the office again. It’s an exciting place to be. Even big credit decisions are getting made quickly!
