-Lots of politics (I would say more so than other NYC companies) -Lack of diversity in leadership (especially at the exec level) -Not a culture of development (there is no patience for development, if you aren't cutting it you get the boot) -No real feedback process(there is no formal talent review process which it makes it difficult to assess where you are at)
